The Trove
A small cafe with a serious cup.
We started Trove in a single brick-walled room with three espresso cups and a stubborn idea — that a great cafe is built like a great record: a few honest tracks, played slowly, in good light. Today we bake every morning, source beans we believe in, and keep the music low so the conversation can be heard.
