We started in a brick-walled space the size of a small bookshop. The bar is reclaimed walnut. The chairs are old. The beans on our shelf are chosen with care — small lots we taste, argue over gently, and bring in because we would brew them at home ourselves.
We do not chase trends. We do not write in cursive on the menu. We try to make a cup of coffee that tastes like the place it came from, and a corner you do not want to leave.
